Vision
Create a disabled-friendly society; make people with disabilities partners and life better for everyone

Mission
Kayan seeks to integrate people with disabilities into society and enable them to actively participate in developing their community. This is attained through pioneering and high-quality projects, building social partnerships, and investing resources and potentials.

Strategic Goals
• Spreading the culture and community-based rehabilitation programs
• Building the capacities of persons with disabilities, their families, technical staff, and organizations working in the field of disability and community-based rehabilitation
• Increasing community awareness and preparing it to adopt the issues of persons with disabilities
• Use and make available technology, information, and assistive tools in developing and improving distance learning programs for people with disabilities and others.
