Training of trainer's program for the Kayan team in Sohag Governorate in cooperation with Masarat Company
The Kian team in Sohag Governorate (Sohag and Tahta offices) completed the trainers' preparation program, which 20 trainees attended. The training was implemented by Dr. Ayman Al-Tantawi - trainer and executive director of Kian Association.Ayman stated that the training aims to improve the skills of trainees, change their attitudes towards the training mission and exchange experiences, and help them play a leading role within their communities. The training content included getting to know the training circle and how to identify training needs and formulate training objectives, in addition to practicing a large number of different training skills and methods to master the skill of training evaluation and appreciating the value of collaborative work and good planning before starting the training and application process.
The Development and Population Association hosted the training in its training hall within a joint cooperation protocol framework between Kian and Development and Population. This batch is the 23rd batch of trainees in Kian that received the "training of trainers" training
