Kayan Technology Center Hosts Seminar on "The Role of Technology and Digital Transformation in the Lives of People with Disabilities"
In collaboration with the Nile Media Center in Assiut Governorate, Kayan Technology Center organized a seminar titled "The Role of Technology and Digital Transformation in the Lives of People with Disabilities." This initiative is part of Kayan Association's ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of people with disabilities, raise awareness about the transformative impact of technology in their lives, and provide crucial psychological and social support.The seminar served as a platform for people with disabilities to share their perspectives and contribute to the strategic planning process of Kayan Technology Center. Participants agreed on the importance of continued communication and training sessions, which will be offered both in lecture halls and online.
The event was organized by Ms. Yosria Mustafa, Director of Kayan Technology Center, in collaboration with the Nile Media Center in Assiut. It attracted a large audience, including activists, individuals with disabilities, and leaders from civil society. Ms. Yosria emphasized that Kayan Tech Life Center is committed to organizing additional activities focused on psychological and social support, along with training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities and life skills of people with disabilities. These initiatives will also leverage modern technology to prepare participants for the job market.
