Special education emphasizes:
The necessity of caring for special needs, adjusting
curricula
and teaching techniques in a way that suits their needs, which
leads to integrating them with their peers in standard schools.
There is also a need to lend scientific support to special
education specialists and teachers, to enable them to implement
educational strategies for both skilled and special need
students. Various countries has been active in developing their
programs in the field of special needs, considering the fact
that response to this problem should be comprehensive. Such a
response should not lay an emphasis on one aspect, while
neglecting other aspects, and it should be based on protection
programs as an early procedure that minimizes, to a great
extent, impairments.
